Lead Hardware Design Engineer Power Electronics

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead hardware design and development for power electronics products.
- Design and develop DC-DC converters, AC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, and SMPS.
- Work on embedded hardware design, microcontrollers, DSPs, and control circuits.
- Develop circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware prototypes.
- Perform component selection, circuit simulation, and electrical calculations.
- Work on analog and digital electronics, gate drivers, and power semiconductor devices such as MOSFETs and IGBTs.
- Integrate embedded systems with power electronics hardware.
- Conduct hardware testing, validation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliance, thermal management, and electrical safety.
- Work on protection circuits, fault detection, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with firmware,



embedded software, testing, and manufacturing teams.
- Lead design reviews, technical problem-solving, and product development.
- Support prototype development, design validation, and production testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
