We are looking for an experienced Senior Operator to operate and monitor a 5-component foaming/dosing machine for PUR/PIR insulated sandwich panel manufacturing.
Maintain chemical mixing ratios, temperature, pressure, and foam density.
Required Candidate profile
Handle machine setup, cleaning, flushing, and changeovers.
Monitor pumps, mixing heads, metering systems, and hoses.
Hands-on experience with PUR/PIR chemical dosing and 5-component foaming machines.
