Key Responsibilities

- Analyse data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including enrolment, course completion, placements, trainer availability, and lab readiness.
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from ITIs and project operations teams.
- Conduct research on skill development, vocational education, industry trends, and workforce requirements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, project proposals, and management updates.
- Support project planning, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain project trackers, databases, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 36 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, reporting, research, business analysis,



or programme monitoring.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to present data clearly.
- Experience in education, skill development, consulting, CSR, research, or government projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIs, vocational training, or the skill development ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
