To identify and generate cross-border opportunities involving DIFC and GIFT IFSC, including opportunities where businesses, funds, financial institutions and investors require legal support in connection with their Indian operations, investments, structuring or expansion.

Preferred candidate profile
- Qualified Lawyer, Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS).
- Preferably based in Gujarat, Gandhinagar or GIFT City, with the ability to engage regularly with stakeholders in the GIFT IFSC ecosystem.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in legal services, financial services, corporate advisory, consulting, skilled services or business development.
