Paint industry are Building Material experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business by visiting builders, developers, contractors, and project sites.
- Identify and develop current construction sites for material supply.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth.
- Handle and guide a team of sales executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth material supply and client service.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate / MBA (Civil, Paints Technology, Marketing preferred).
- Working experience with the Ahmedabad market required
- 6 to 7 years of experience in project sales in paints/coatings.
- Excellent rapport-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
