We are looking for a Commerce Graduate with 45 years of relevant experience, preferably from Global Capability Centres (GCCs), offshore finance operations, or manufacturing finance teams, to join our Record to Report (R2R) function. The role will be responsible for managing core R2R activities, financial reporting, account analysis, reconciliations, audit support, and process governance. This position is part of the GBSS Shared Services team and will play a key role in setting up and strengthening the R2R function.
Role & responsibilities
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in R2R / General Accounting / Financial Reporting, preferably in GCCs, offshore finance operations, or manufacturing finance teams.
- Robust understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, GL accounting, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred.
- Experience in audit coordination and Local GAAP reporting will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to process transitions, automation, standardisation, and Shared Services environments will be an added advantage.
