Purpose of the role

The incumbent shall be responsible for sales and business development activities, including researching and developing marketing opportunities, generating leads, and implementing sales plans for Addverb. They will also lead the Sales Team and assist in identifying, generating, and internally implementing new business opportunities and models to facilitate the expansion of the business. The products will fall under the categories of Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Robotics & IoT.

Technical Skills Required

- Understanding of Warehouse Solutions.
- Awareness of the latest technologies being used in Warehouse Automation (Industry 4.0Standards).
- Valuable knowledge of Intralogistics automation in industries like E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, FMCG, F&B; etc.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals preparations
- If he or she has a background of Robotics and warehouse automation solution would be advantage.

Job Responsibilities





Identify and develop new customers across target industry verticals

Generate qualified leads through market mapping, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital channels.

Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, Supply Chain Heads, Plant Heads, Logistics Heads, and Procurement Teams

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve annual order booking targets.

Understand customer's business processes, operational challenges, and growth plans. Analyse warehouse, manufacturing, distribution centre, and supply chain operations.

Propose automation solutions aligned with customer KPIs such as throughput improvement, space optimization, accuracy enhancement, productivity improvement, etc.

Work closely with Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Software teams to develop optimized automation concepts.

Prepare technical presentations, conceptual layouts, simulations, and process flow diagrams. Develop techno-commercial proposals and budgetary quotations.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award.

Lead technical and commercial discussions throughout the sales cycle.
