Position: Senior Analyst

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST
Position Type: Contract Role (12 Months GT Payroll)

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in financial-crime compliance, AML, sanctions, fraud investigations, transaction monitoring, or customer due diligence.
- Strong understanding of risk-based financial-crime controls and the ability to assess, investigate, and escalate potential red flags.
- Experience reviewing alerts, documenting investigative findings, and managing cases through a case-management workflow.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise, well-supported case narratives and escalation summaries.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business applications,



including the ability to review and analyse data accurately.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting financial-crime compliance activities within a global asset manager, financial institution, US insurance, and annuity businesses, including knowledge of associated financial crime vulnerabilities.
- Working knowledge of US financial-crime requirements, including AML, sanctions, customer due diligence, and suspicious-activity reporting expectations.
- Experience with screening, transaction-monitoring, fraud-detection, or case-management platforms.
- Familiarity with financial-crime typologies relevant to insurance, annuities, investment products, or cross-border financial services.
- Relevant qualified certification, such as ACAMS, ICA, CFE, or an equivalent financial-crime or investigations qualification.

Experience working with offshore or third-party service providers in a controlled operating environment.
