We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bidding Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience in tender identification, bid preparation, documentation, and submission.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process, particularly government and private-sector procurement opportunities.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate relevant government and private-sector tenders aligned with the company's products and services.
2. Regularly monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, Bid Assist, and other e-procurement platforms.
3. Manage tender documentation, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and compliance documents.
4. Prepare and submit bids, including technical and financial proposals.
5. Handle EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), bid security, tender fees, and other submission requirements.
6. Coordinate with internal technical, finance, and management teams to collect necessary documents and information.
7. Review tender documents, identify important clauses, assess eligibility, and ensure compliance before submission.
8. Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, bid status, opening dates, and tender outcomes.
9. Maintain a database of submitted tenders,



upcoming opportunities, and bid results.
10. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tender-related documents.

- Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in tender management, bidding, or procurement.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and CPPP / e-Procurement portals.
- Knowledge of Bid Assist and other tender discovery platforms.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation and submission procedures.
- Experience preparing technical and financial bids.
- Knowledge of EMD, bid security, tender fees, and eligibility requirements.
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tender deadlines.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience handling government tenders and public-sector procurement.
- Familiarity with engineering, infrastructure, technology, drone, or equipment-related tenders.
- Ability to independently manage the tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to bid submission.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
