Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive who understands how social media and search platforms work and can grow our brand's online reach and sales. You will manage our social media channels, set up and run Google Merchant Center, and handle WhatsApp Commerce & marketing and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, post, and manage content on YouTube (Shorts and long videos), Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat
- Use hashtags, titles, posting times, and trends to improve reach and engagement
- Set up and manage Google Merchant Center: product feed, product data quality, fixing disapprovals, and Google Shopping listings
- Run and optimise paid ads (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Shopping/Performance Max ads)
- Set up and manage WhatsApp Business: catalog, broadcast messages, quick replies, labels, and customer follow-up
- Manage Google Business Profile: posts, photos, and review replies
- Track performance (reach, views, clicks, leads, sales) and share a simple monthly report
- Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives, reels, and festival campaigns

Requirements





- [1-3] years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Good understanding of how YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat show content to people
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed setup
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp marketing
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good Hindi and English communication and writing skills
- Ability to use tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar

Good to Have

- E-commerce experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Basic video editing skills

- Job type: Full-time/Part time
- Salary: ₹14000 – ₹22000 per month (based on experience)
- Working days/hours: [Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM]
