Position:CASA Sales

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary & Benefits:

* CTC: ₹19,000 per month

* Take-home Salary: ₹16,000 per month

* Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

1. Acquire new customers by promoting and selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.

2. Conduct field marketing activities and visit potential customers to generate business.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

4. Encourage customers to increase deposits and cross-sell additional banking products.

5. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6. Complete mandatory certifications such as AMFI, EUIN, and other required training after joining.

7. Participate in regular learning and development activities.

Maintain daily customer interaction records in the CRM system.

9. Ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

* Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.

* Willingness to work in a field sales role.

* Ability to achieve targets and work in a competitive environment.
