- Job Responsibilities:Call potential customers and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.).
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Collect basic documents and assist customers in completing the loan application process.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and internet usage.
- Ability to handle customer queries over phone.
