Core Responsibilities

- Technical Supervision: Interpret architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and contract specs to set out and measure sites accurately.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials (such as concrete, steel, and aggregates), monitor workmanship, and ensure adherence to building codes and standards.
- Site Management: Coordinate daily activities of laborers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
- Progress & Reporting: Track project schedules, record daily logs, and report progress to project managers and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve technical issues, material shortages, or design discrepancies directly on the ground.

Key Requirements & Qualifications





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years of hands-on field or site experience (though junior/graduate tracks exist).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, MS Project, and structural surveying equipment.
- Certifications (Preferred): Skilled Engineer (PE) license, PMP, or construction safety credentials depending on the region.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities
