We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and monitor interior design projects at client locations. The candidate should ensure smooth site execution, coordinate with workers and vendors, maintain quality standards, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.
1. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities.
2. Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers and other workers.
3. Ensure interior work is executed according to approved designs and drawings.
4. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
5. Check material quality, measurements and workmanship at the site.
6. Coordinate material requirements and follow up with vendors and suppliers.
7. Maintain daily site progress reports and update management.
8. Identify and resolve site-related issues.
9. Ensure proper site safety,
cleanliness and discipline.
10. Coordinate with the design team, project manager and clients.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior design and execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings.
- Valuable site management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture installation.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Good communication and team-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is an added advantage.
- Educational Qualification Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Relevant site supervision experience preferred.

1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential interior execution preferred.
