? Job Type: Full-Time | Field Work

- ? Job ResponsibilitiesVisit shops and merchants daily for new customer acquisition and follow-ups.
- Onboard new merchants and maintain customer data.
- Sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and QR Scanners.
- Explain product features, benefits, and services to merchants.
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular field activity and performance reports.
- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 months of field sales experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily shop-to-shop visits.




- Target-oriented with good customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
