- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Structural Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- Diploma in Mechanical/structural Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Profound knowledge of AutoCAD/Creo for structural drawings and detailing
- Strong understanding of structural stability requirements and compliance standards
- Ability to interpret and validate NDT, structural alignment etc.
- Ensure smooth execution of site activities with proper planning and coordination
- Supervise manpower, equipment, and material utilization effectively
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with client and internal departments for timely completion of work
- Prepare and submit structured reports in priority matrix format (High/Medium/Low)
- Leadership and team management
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making under site conditions
- Documentation, reporting and billing proficiency
- Robust communication and coordination abilities
