We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and sales reports.
- Candidate Requirements Must have a purely sales-oriented background.
- Prior experience in Insurance Sales or other telesales/inside sales is preferred.
- Candidates with customer support, chat process or non-sales experience will not be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in the required language combinations.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a good, secure Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Salary / CTC
- Insurance Sales Background: Up to ₹24,000 per month
- Non-Insurance Sales Background: ₹21,000 per month
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Interview Schedule: Starting from the last week of December.
