- Freshers: ₹19,000–20,000/month (₹17k–18k take‑home)
- Experienced (6 months–6 yrs in Sales/Customer Support/Travel/Hotel/Admin): ₹20,000–24,000/month
- Stay Bonus: ₹12,000 (paid in 6 instalments of ₹2,000/month)
- Incentives: ₹3,000–₹20,000/month (return tickets, spot bookings, feedback collection)

? Shift Details
- Full‑time Night Shifts
- AC Sleeper Coach: Start 7–11 PM, return next morning (12–14 hrs round trip). You will travel along with 40 passengers who book tickets from online ticket booking platforms.
- Example: Login today night 10 PM → Return bext day morning 10–11 AM
- Weekly Off Ploicy depends on journey duration (shorter trips = fewer offs, longer trips = more offs)
? Journeys below 13 hours: Weekly off after every 6 working days.
Journeys between 13–15 hours: Weekly off after every 3 working days.
Journeys between 15–17 hours: Weekly off after every 2 working days.
Journeys above 17 hours (super long trips): 1 day work followed by 1 day weekly off.
? Responsibilities
- Manage spot bookings & return ticket sales, collect feedback from passengers (incentives paid)
- Collect feedback, ratings, reviews, maintain daily accounts
- Travel overnight (Hyderabad round trip)
- Coordinate with drivers & helper/cleaning staff
- ? Actual work time: ~2 hrs during up journey + ~1 hr during return journey
? Requirements
- Age: 18–33 yrs (Male only)
- Education: SSC / 12th / Diploma / Degree / PG welcome
- Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, persuasive skills
- Availability: Flexible hours, weekends & holidays
