- Roles & ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Explain available courses, universities, and admission procedures.
- Handle student inquiries through calls and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students with application documentation and admission processes.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth student support.
- Maintain student records and update follow-up details.
