Job OverviewManohar Retail India Private Limited is looking for a reliable and efficient Cashier to handle day-to-day billing and payment processing at our retail outlet in Hadapsar, Pune. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth customer transactions, maintain accurate cash registers, and manage inventory billing records using MS Excel and billing software.

- Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Payment Processing: Scan items, process cash, credit/debit card, and UPI transactions accurately using POS/billing systems.
- Cash Management: Collect payments, issue receipts, handle cash registers, and ensure daily balance tallying at the opening and closing of shifts.
- Customer Service: Assist customers at checkout with polite communication, answer basic inquiries, and address payment-related queries.
- Record Keeping:



Maintain daily transaction logs and basic sales data entry using MS Excel.
- Store Coordination: Coordinate with inventory and sales staff regarding product prices, discounts, or price discrepancies.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in cashiering/retail billing are welcome.
- Key Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, payment processing, handling POS machines, and basic numerical aptitude.
- Languages: Basic English required; fluency in Marathi and Hindi is preferred.
- Age Limit: 18 – 45 years
- Preferred Demographics: Male candidates residing within a 10 km radius of Hadapsar, Pune.
