### Job Responsibilities

- Open **2 Airtel Payments Bank accounts** per day.

- Sell **1 Debit Card** per day.

- Generate current customers through field sales and customer visits.

- Explain banking products and services to customers.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

### Salary & Incentives

- **Fixed Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month

- **Incentives:** Up to ₹10,000 per month (performance-based)

-** Petrol allowance**

### Eligibility Criteria

- Must have a personal bike.

- Valid driving licence.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with field sales and target-based work.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
