* Manage end-to-end service operations for fire doors, including installation, inspection, maintenance, repairs, and replacements
* Plan, schedule, and oversee fire door installations, managing resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
* Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, NBC, local fire norms, and manufacturer guidelines. Approve technical designs, conduct site inspections, and maintain documentation.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, facility managers, and internal teams
* Conduct site audits, service reports, and compliance documentation
* Supervise and train service technicians and subcontractors
* Handle customer complaints, escalations, and technical queries effectively
* Maintain service KPIs, quality standards, and turnaround times
* Support sales and projects teams with technical service inputs and site assessments
* Manage service tools, spares inventory, and vendor coordination
* Prepare and submit service reports, MIS, and performance reviews
