- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Understand customer needs and convince interested customers to apply for loans.
- Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer information and call records in the system.
- Follow company policies and applicable compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 10th pass or graduate, depending on the position.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
