Kawach Ayurveda is looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage a team of 10–15 telecallers and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of 10–15 telecallers.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Monitor calling performance, order booking and conversion rates.

Improve order quality, customer confirmation and delivered percentage.

Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.

Train, motivate and develop telecallers.

Handle difficult customer cases and team-related issues.

Maintain discipline, attendance and reporting.

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams.

Maintain confidentiality of company data and processes.

Eligibility

3–6 years of experience in telesales, telecalling or team management.

Previous experience managing at least 10 employees preferred.





Good communication and leadership skills.

Knowledge of CRM, Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Honest, disciplined and result-oriented approach.

Experience in D2C, E-commerce, BPO or Healthcare sales will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–30,000 per month.
