Job DescriptionRuchak Indian Snack is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Officer to develop sales, appoint distributors, and expand our market presence in the FMCG sector.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint new distributors and develop distribution networks.
- Generate business through distributors and retailers.
- Visit retail shops regularly to increase product sales.
- Develop new markets and increase product availability.
- Maintain valuable relationships with distributors and retailers.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Manage market routes and ensure regular outlet coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback.
- Submit daily sales and market visit reports.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Experience in distributor appointment and retailer sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
