Job Description: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at ApkiReturn. You will be responsible for calling potential clients to explain our financial, tax, and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business and individual leads.
- Clearly explain our services (GST filing, Income Tax Returns, business registrations, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and pitch the right solutions.
- Regularly follow up with interested prospects to close leads.
- Maintain basic daily call records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or sales experience (Smart freshers can apply).
- Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
- Professional and polite phone etiquette.
