Job Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and proactive Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring skilled AI Tutors and Instructors for XtraMindAI.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background, preferably B.Tech/B.E., along with a good understanding of AI tools, emerging technologies, and technical talent assessment.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment cycle for AI Tutors and Technical Trainers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their technical knowledge and teaching abilities.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
- Evaluate candidate's understanding of AI tools and technologies.
- Coordinate technical assessments, PPT presentations, and practical demo sessions.
- Assess candidates on their ability to explain complex AI concepts in simple language.
- Schedule demo classes and coordinate interview rounds with management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

The candidate should have a basic to good understanding of:





- Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools.
- Prompt Engineering.
- AI Automation and Workflows.
- AI-based Website and App Development.
- AI Content, Image and Video Creation Tools.
- Python, Machine Learning, or related technical concepts (an added advantage).
- Required Skills & QualificationsB.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate technical candidates effectively.
- Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and the EdTech industry.
