We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Telecallers to handle incoming enquiries from customers and potential dealership partners.
Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role is to professionally handle incoming calls, understand customer requirements, provide relevant information, and guide qualified prospects toward the next stage of the sales process.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and respond to incoming customer and dealership enquiries professionally.
- Understand the purpose of each enquiry, including vehicle purchases, dealership opportunities, and general queries.
- Clearly explain MG1 Bhoomi EV products and dealership opportunities.
- Build customer interest and encourage qualified prospects to take the next step, including visiting the MG1 Bhoomi facility where applicable.
- Capture accurate customer details and update all interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries,
and follow-ups.
- Address basic customer queries and escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet assigned targets for call handling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Candidate RequirementsStrong communication skills in English are required.
- Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is preferred.
- Candidates who speak additional Indian languages are highly welcome, as we cater to customers and dealers across different regions of India.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Good listening, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting.
