Job SummaryWe are looking for compassionate, responsible, and qualified Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in the hospital. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications as prescribed, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring proper nursing procedures and patient safety.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to patients according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports.
- Monitor patients before and after medical procedures.
- Identify changes in patient condition and immediately report them to the doctor or senior nurse.
- Maintain proper hygiene, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
- Assist with wound dressing, injections, IV procedures, and other nursing duties within scope of practice.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medication, diet, treatment, and basic care as directed.




- Maintain and check nursing equipment and supplies.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, pharmacy, and other hospital departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Eligibility CriteriaGNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Relevant hospital experience is preferred for experienced positions.
- Required SkillsGood clinical and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
- Good observation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Knowledge of basic computer and hospital information systems is an advantage.
