Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat, email and other digital platforms.
- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy, empathy and professionalism.
- Manage multiple chat conversations while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet process performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
