Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Promoters to represent the Dyson brand at premium retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating Dyson products, educating customers about product features, driving sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPromote Dyson premium home appliances, including vacuum cleaners, hair care products, air purifiers, and other innovative products.
- Demonstrate product features, technology, perks, and usage to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dyson products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing,
and promotional activities.
- Maintain sales reports and coordinate with store management.
- Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male / Female
- Qualification: Intermediate / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in retail sales or consumer electronics
- Age: 18–35 years
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Interest in premium home appliances and technology products
- Willingness to work in retail stores
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance
- Incentives based on sales performance, as applicable
- Training on Dyson products and technology
