About the Role

NovaStyles Interiors & Construction is looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and employee benefits.
- Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Monitor employee performance review schedules and coordinate appraisal processes.




- Support employee training, development, and induction programmes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR recruitment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently.
