Job Summary

A leading organization is seeking a dedicated and operations-focused Fleet Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fleet activities, ensuring effective vehicle deployment, driver supervision, regulatory compliance, and smooth transportation operations. The Fleet Supervisor will coordinate with operations teams, drivers, vendors, and maintenance personnel to maximize fleet productivity while maintaining safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

.Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure timely vehicle placement.

.vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.

.Monitor vehicle movement and trip progress through GPS and regular follow-ups.

.all vehicles are roadworthy and available for operations.

.Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and breakdown assistance.

.Supervise driver attendance, discipline, performance, and compliance with company policies.

.Verify vehicle documents such as RC, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Permit, PUC, and Road Tax,



ensuring they remain valid.

.Monitor fuel consumption, mileage (KMPL), and vehicle utilization.

.Resolve operational issues, delays, and emergencies promptly.

.Maintain fleet records, trip logs, maintenance records, and daily MIS reports.

.Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and Finance teams for smooth workflow.

.Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, statutory regulations, and company SOPs.

.Assist in incident reporting and implementation of corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

.Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.

.3–6 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or logistics supervision.

.Good knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and transport regulations.

.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Fleet Management Software, and GPS tracking systems.

.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
