4. Generate qualified leads and build a strong database of potential clients.
5. Initiate conversations with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and outsourcing needs.
6. Schedule business meetings and arrange online or face-to-face discussions with potential clients.
7. Present the company's BPO services, capabilities, and business solutions to prospective clients.
8. Follow up with interested prospects, maintain client relationships, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Prepare proposals, coordinate pricing discussions, and negotiate with potential clients.
10. Achieve assigned targets related to lead generation, client meetings, and business acquisition.
11. Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion status in the CRM or tracking sheet.

Required SkillsPrior experience in BPO Business Development or B2B Sales is preferred.
