Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from initial concept, space planning, and client briefs through to final site handover.
Design Leadership: Establish the overarching aesthetic and functional vision for spaces, reviewing 2D/3D proposals and technical drawings.
Team & Staff Management: Direct, mentor, and evaluate junior and senior interior designers, assigning workloads and tracking productivity.
Budget & Cost Control: Prepare project cost estimates, manage BOQs (Bills of Quantities), track expenditures, and mitigate financial risks.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Conduct client presentations, manage expectations, and act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, and contractors.
Procurement & Quality Control: Coordinate material sourcing, manage vendor deliveries, and perform regular in office inspections to ensure compliance with design specs and building codes
