We are looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing active and passive candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating with client HR teams to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding client mandates to candidate onboarding.
- Sourcing & Screening: Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidate skills, experience, availability,



and cultural fitment against client requirements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring client mandates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers; provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Salary Negotiation: Facilitate offer rollouts, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth transition up to the candidate's date of joining.
- Database Maintenance: Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and daily tracker with accurate candidate statuses.
