Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across various business functions. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in real estate hiring, and the ability to manage multiple positions efficiently. Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.  Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.  Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.  Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.  Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.  Follow up with selected candidates, and ensure timely joining.  Handle multiple positions and volume hiring requirements.  Build and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs.  Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.



Required Skills  Strong knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques.  Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.  Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.  Good organizational and time management skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience  Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.  Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.  Experience in using recruitment portals and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and more for candidate sourcing and hiring.  Experience hiring for sales, corporate, operations, and support functions is preferred.  Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
