Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Trading Executive to handle the sales of solar products in the market. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer networks, promoting solar products, providing quotations, negotiating sales deals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate recent business opportunities for solar product trading.
2. Sell solar products such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, solar structures, cables, ACDB, DCDB, and other electrical materials.
3. Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and channel partners.
4. Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar products.
6. Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
7.



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
8. Follow up on quotations, orders, dispatches, and outstanding payments.
9. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and business opportunities.
10. Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, and Project departments for smooth order execution.
11. Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records.
12. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain the required profit margins.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of solar and electrical products (preferred).
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Preferred CandidateExperience in solar product sales or electrical material sales.
- Experience dealing with dealers, distributors, EPC companies, and contractors.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
