We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Savings & Loan Executives to join our team at JANAASHA TN NIDHI LIMITED.
The selected candidates will be responsible for approaching customers, explaining various savings schemes, promoting loan facilities based on customer savings and eligibility, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Approach new customers and explain the company's savings products.
2. Promote RD (Recurring Deposit), DRD (Daily Recurring Deposit), FD (Fixed Deposit) and MIS (Monthly Income Scheme).
3. Explain savings plans, deposit amounts, interest rates and maturity benefits.
4. Educate customers about loan facilities based on their savings and eligibility.
5. Identify potential customers for savings and loan products.
6. Assist customers with account opening and loan application procedures.
7. Collect necessary customer documents and KYC details.
8. Follow up with customers regarding deposits, loan applications and repayments, as assigned.
9. Maintain valuable relationships with existing and new customers.
10. Achieve monthly business targets and submit daily reports.
