- Position: Field Sales Executive
- Job Type: Part-Time (2–3 Hours Daily)
- Qualification: 12th Pass
- Age: 19–35 Years
- Language: Hindi Mandatory | Basic English Preferred
- Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
- Two-Wheeler Preferred
? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Educate customers about FR8 services and advantages.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful customer onboardings.
- Travel within assigned areas to conduct sales activities.
- Register customers on the FR8 platform.
- Follow up with customers to build strong relationships.
- Coordinate with team members and senior officials to achieve targets.
? Earnings & Benefits
- ₹1,150 for each successful onboarding from the 1st to the 5th customer, which includes:
- ₹650 Onboarding Incentive
- ₹500 Fuel Allowance
- From the 6th customer onwards: ₹650 Onboarding Incentive per successful onboarding.
