? SALARY: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 PER MONTH

? Travel Allowance: Provided for Customer Visits

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain office cleanliness and ensure a neat, hygienic working workplace.

Manage pantry activities, including preparing and serving tea/coffee and maintaining pantry supplies.

Keep the pantry, kitchen area, and common spaces clean and organized.

Deliver and collect documents, files, parcels, and office materials as required.

Deliver computer parts, IT equipment, and other materials safely to customer locations.

Assist with loading, unloading, arranging, and handling office supplies and IT equipment.

Visit customer locations, vendors, banks, and courier offices for official work.

Assist with day-to-day office support and administrative tasks.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

? REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 10th pass preferred.

Honest, punctual, responsible, and hardworking.

Good personal hygiene and a responsible approach to office cleanliness.

Must know how to operate an Android smartphone.





Must know how to use Google Maps to search for locations and follow directions.

Should be able to travel independently to customer locations and deliver materials without constant assistance.

Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Willingness to travel for material deliveries, customer visits, and official errands.

Physically fit to handle office supplies and IT equipment when required.

Previous experience in office assistance, housekeeping, pantry management, or delivery work will be an advantage.
