- Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire recent customers for Gold Loan products through field sales, references, and open-market activities.
- Explain gold loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment options to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Assist customers throughout the gold loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with branch operations and credit teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Generate repeat business through customer follow-ups, renewals, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC documentation requirements.
