Job Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent customers, including diagnostic centres, hospitals, imaging centres, and radiology clinics.

- Promote Graticare's healthcare IT products and software solutions.

- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.

- Build relationships with doctors, radiologists, diagnostic centre owners, and hospital management.

- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with technical and support teams for product demonstrations and installations.

- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following fields:

- Medical software or Healthcare IT sales

- Medical equipment sales

- Diagnostic centre or laboratory-related sales

- Pharmaceutical or medical representative (MR) sales
