Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
1. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business leads.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Overdraft Facilities and other financial products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates and documentation requirements.
- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
