1. Safe Transportation: Drive company vehicles following all local traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations.
2. Route Planning: Use GPS navigation apps or local maps to find the fastest and most productive routes.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking oil, water, tire pressure, and brakes) and report mechanical issues.
4. Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods, office supplies, or passenger luggage safely.
5. Record Keeping: Track mileage, fuel consumption, delivery logs, and service receipts.
6. Customer Service: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients, executives, or staff.
