- Supervise day-to-day layout development and site activities.
- Monitor land clearing, levelling and road formation work.
- Oversee drainage, fencing and other infrastructure development.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors and labourers.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved layout plans.
- Monitor material usage, work quality and project progress.
- Ensure timely completion of development activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to management.
- Maintain site safety and discipline.
