Position OverviewWe are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and student-focused Academic Counsellors to join our growing team.

As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students and parents in understanding their academic requirements, selecting suitable learning programmes, and making informed educational decisions.

You will act as a bridge between students, parents, and our academic resources, ensuring a positive learning experience while contributing to student enrolment and retention.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling: Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to understand students' academic requirements and learning goals.
2. Academic Guidance: Guide students on course selection, academic progress, and suitable learning programmes.
3. Parent Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents and students through calls, emails, and video sessions.
4. Academic Support:



Identify students who require additional academic assistance and coordinate appropriate interventions.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor student progress, analyse learning outcomes, and maintain progress reports.
6. Enrolment & Retention: Support the enrolment process by addressing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining student engagement.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic teams, instructors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth student experience.
8. Feedback Management: Collect student and parent feedback to improve the overall learning experience.
9. CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and progress in the CRM system.

- Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand student and parent requirements.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on student success.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education counselling, or inside sales will be an advantage.
