We are hiring a Junior Barista for a cafe in Hiranandani, Thane. We are looking for candidates from the North East (Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura; Assam excluded) who are fluent in English, well presentable and customer-friendly.
Position: Junior Barista, 1 opening
Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers with training or a keen interest in coffee can apply)
Job type: full-time, in office
Location: Hiranandani, Thane, Maharashtra
Responsibilities: prepare espresso-based drinks, cold coffees and other beverages under the guidance of senior baristas, operate the coffee machine and grinder, take and serve customer orders, keep the bar area clean and hygienic, and help with stock and daily opening and closing.
Requirements: good communication in English, a pleasant and professional appearance, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
