Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic IT Hardware Engineer with 1 year of experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware, desktops, laptops, servers and related peripherals.

Roles & Responsibilities

. Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT peripherals.

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic software-related issues.

· Perform hardware upgrades, component replacement and system maintenance.

· Troubleshoot operating systems, drivers and connectivity issues.

· Assist in installation and configuration of Windows OS and essential applications.

· Identify and resolve basic LAN, network connectivity and IP-related issues.

· Perform preventive maintenance and routine health checks of IT systems.

· Provide onsite technical support to customers whenever required.

· Maintain service reports, job sheets and documentation.





· Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills·

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, desktops, laptops and servers.

· Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and assembling.

· Knowledge of Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

· Basic understanding of LAN, networking, TCP/IP and IP configuration.

· Knowledge of printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.

· Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

· Willingness to travel to customer locations for onsite support.

Preferred Skills

· Basic knowledge of networking and server infrastructure.

· Knowledge of hardware components such as RAM, SSD, HDD and motherboards.

· Relevant hardware/networking certifications will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

· 1 year of relevant experience in IT hardware support.

· Self-motivated, willing to learn and customer-oriented.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
