Roles & Responsibilities – International BPO

1. Handle international outbound and inbound calls with customers across global markets.
2. Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
3. Possess excellent verbal communication skills with strong fluency in English.
4. Handle customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve concerns professionally.
5. Conduct lead generation, cold calling, and follow-ups with potential customers.
6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
7. Achieve daily and monthly targets related to calls, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
9. Demonstrate strong convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
10. Ensure skilled call handling and adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior international BPO experience preferred; freshers may also apply depending on the process.
